Victor, CO Service Outage with both Verizon and AT&T

Pretty expensive service with poor service 1/4 of the time.

Once again both services are out in Victor, Colorado and possibly Cripple Creek too. Using WiFi to make this message.

Is AT&T and Verizon partners using the same tower?!? My husband has AT&T and I have Verizon.
