Phone won’t make or receive calls

Ever since this morning, any time I try to make a call from my phone, it automatically says call failed. If someone tries to call me, it goes straight to voicemail. Data/cellular and WiFi are all working, texting is working, but the bars in the top right corner showing service are all gray-indicating no service when this is not the case.
