Given that spammers only call from a spoofed number one time, how can block phones numbers by area code and exchange? I get a daily call form 216-721-XXXX where XXXX changes every time.

Alternately, how do I block all calls that are not in my contact list?

No one likes spam calls including myself. These scammers are good and it can be annoying when they use different numbers. There is truly no way to know what numbers are spam and which ones are not. You are welcome to use Call Filter. It is a great option in detecting Spam calls and it is free.
