I've noticed my download throughtput is less than 10mbps when I was getting 40 to over 100. thought it was due to local tower congestion. but we took a 300 mile trip. anytime i saw a 4 or 5 bar signal, i tested. and still less than 10mbps down.
i havent seen it this bad for over ten years on multiple phones.
thoughts?
