I moved to another state should the extender still work? If so what do I need to do to get it up and running??

actually CA. I got it going but now my iPhone doesn't auto connect to it if I go out and come back home .......it use to do that now I have to toggle in settings between LTE and 3G and it connects very odd do you have a fix for that??
