Calls between Samsung S10E and Motorola

My husband has a Samsung phone and I have a Motorola Z3. When he calls me, he cannot hear me when I pick up. If I call him, he can hear me and we can carry on a conversation. Based on a few posts on the community forum, it appears it is an issue with the Samsung phones. We really need to be able to talk to each other when he calls me. Has anyone else that has had this problem been able to get it resolved, other than replacing a phone?

No, it doesn't seem to matter. I've had it on the bluetooth, or just the phone, or speakerphone. It is every time that Samsung phone calls me. It is my husband's phone, so he calls a lot!

Hi Brett! The problem has been happening for 6-8 weeks. My husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law have the Samsung S10E and I have the motorola. I called Verizon Business Technical Support, but the only suggestion was to check our settings. That isn't the problem. In addition to our 4 phones, my husband has a problem with a work associate as he has a motorola too like me. We share a plan with my in-laws. We live in different parts of the State. The Samsung phones are still under contract so phone replacement isn't an option. Any help is appreciated.
