status of my trade-in order?

I traded in one of our phones on 7-20-21.

Upon checking the Trade in Status, it says

"Device received. Expected device matches received the device."

But then it says "Final Trade-in value: $0.00" Earlier I was told the estimated trade-in value was $459.99.

There was NOTHING WRONG WITH THE PHONE! If you don't want to pay me for it, mail it back so I can sell it to someone else.
