We have had Verizon for a very long time and have been happy with the service until this year. We have several lines on the account, so pay Verizon very good every month. Its very rare that we are able to talk on our phones in the house anymore. I have wi-fi calling turned on and have an extender. It’s getting to the point we are ready to switch. I had heard it was due to upgrades going on, but that should be complete now. So frustrated with the service.
