over the last 2-3 months the network in my area has diminished down to nothing. I am unable to use any app, search or send text messages. Verizon opened a ticket and researched my area and in fact, there is a network issue in my area. To correct this I was told to buy something to improve service. So I would be adding to the cost of what we pay already and they will not fix the issue on their end? This doesn't seem right. Our phones have gone through all the troubleshooting steps and it is not a phone issue. Any ideas on how to correct this with Verizon? I paying for something we CAN NOT use.
