Trade in status not updated!!

My screenshots say all. Verizon return center received my phone a while ago, but trade in status does not update.

I really need to see that my trade in value starts applying to my bills.

Can somebody please help me??

It’s extremely difficult to chat or speak with a Verizon representative - I don’t have time to wait for like an hour on hold.

Have you tried to go to this check status page to ensure you have been assessed and final trade-in credit given?

Did you get this resolved? Mine was started three days before yours and I have the exact same message-Value if $0 on my status.

It's 2024 I am taking them to small claims court for the same reason. 2021 phone credit never applied. Years of calls and chats with agents and managers having us on the phone for hours with conflicting statements or saying they'd resolved it and to wait for a billing cycle or would call us back only to be gaslit and distressed with days of work wasted and having to START ALL OVER AGAIN.
