Just purchased a new Moto g play 2021...occasionally my wife says that people she calls can't hear her but she has no problem hearing them.
This is not the experience we want you to have with a new phone. Help is here. When did this begin? Are there any extra accessories on the phone, such as a Bluetooth accessory for example? -Lorenzo
