It took me over 2 hours today to find out why the hotspot on my unlocked Note 20 Ultra was not working - apparently if you bring an unlocked phone, it's not guaranteed to work with Verizon's hot spot. The Tier 2 agent said there is nothing I can do to make my unlocked phone from AT&T work with the hotspot. Everything else seems to work fine on the phone. (She did suggest that I could get a separate hotspot device and subscribe to a $20/month plan)
Has anybody else encountered this or found a solution?
