Kyocera DuraXV Extreme phone with camera

We recently upgraded my husbands phone to a Kyocera DuraXV Extreme with camera flip phone. His old phone had a key for the flashlight but this one you have to go to menu, general settings, scroll down to flashlight to turn it on. Is there a soft key setting we can use to make the flashlight come on?

I don't see anything in the manual about that so I am guessing this model does not have that feature or it would be listed. Maybe contact them directly.

Congratulations on getting a new phone, Elkofolks! We hope it serves you well. That is a shame about the flashlight feature, though. According to page 81 in the user manual http://spr.ly/6607J5DU5 there is no option to set this to a soft key. I included the link in case you or your husband have any other questions about the functions of the phone. -George

On my Kyocera flip phone...

Settings -> Programmable Keys -> SOS Key and choose from the list.

The Orange button on the right side of the phone works the shortcut.
