I received a new iphone 13 and I ported my number from sprint, everything works fine except the six digit short code from my bank app.
2 hours on the line with verizon and no solution.

Make sure under messages that your phone number set up to send and receive. Also if your number has been ported from Sprint there is a chance the port is not complete. If the port is not yet complete please call AT&T or use live chat.
Thanks it work, I removed and added my phone number from receive sent messages, tested it and work right away.
