Verizon Trade in Credit Not Applied

I switched from TMobile to verizon and my wife and I traded two iphone 8's for 7, or 8 hundred dollars in trade in credit.

After being frustratingly locked out of MyVerizon for awhile I finally managed to get that set up properly. I'd been wondering why my monthly bill was so expensive and imagine my surprise when I find neither devices has a dime of trade in credit applied.

We know how important it is for your trade in to run smoothly. It will take 1-2 billing cycles for your trade in credit to appear on your bill. Have you checked your trade in Submission ID to ensure that your device was received and checked in?
