Advertising "Unlimited Data" without PROMINENTLY disclosing that you limit data via "throttling" Let's see how that plays out. Disgraceful a name like Verizon practices such cheap tactics duping customers into thinking they actually have unlimited data. You should advertise (right along side the UNLIMITED DATA headline) that you throttle data down to an unusable limit once the data becomes limited. If Verizon thinks its justifiable, why not PROMINENTLY disclose it to prospective customers looking at the "Unlimited" plan?
