Why does my M2100 Jetpack disconnect when using the USB connection? I'm able to use the Wi-Fi connection with no problem, however if I connect a device directly to the USB port it'll stay connected for a little while and then shut off and then I have to reset both devices to get them to reconnect again. Thanks in advance for the knowledge and help.
