Purchased two new phones around October of 2021. I was trading in an older iPhone XR for rolling monthly credit that would total $800 in credit towards one of the new phone. I never received my trade in kit due to an incorrect address issue. I’ve requested a kit every week since then online to my address and I have also spoken to multiple customer service representatives who state they “promise” I will get in a trade in kit for sure this time around. It’s been 3 months and still nothing. I’ve also been told by customer representatives that I can’t trade in my older phone in store
