HELLO VERIZON REBATE TEAM?

I switched to Verizon from T-mobile with expectation of receiving up to $1,000.00. However, I received a message from rebate team that I am qualified for $20.60 from Virtual Prepaid Master card...today?

Is Verizon using this type real S-C-A-M?

The csr sold me a new iphone 13 along with the switch21 promo to get up to $1000 to pay off your old carrier final bill but my new phone came with anew number and now they say i did not port in ,,,, just tell the truth, no one mentioned that when i switched
