I just switched to an IPhone 13 and it does not connect to the Verizon network extender. Can anyone help with this issue?

The network extender works by connecting to your home internet service. If you have home internet service you don't need the network extender just turn on Wi-Fi calling on your phone in settings and verify your 911 address.
