I am having issues with a few plan features (cannot add 720p HD streaming or Google Play Pass) and after trying several times to resolve it through Customer Service Chat, I was told it must be escalated to the IT department and was then given a ticket number. How do I check the status of this ticket? It doesn't show up in My Verizon and there is no website to track support tickets. Please let me know how I can check the status of this ticket.
