iPhone 12 Pro no data 5G UW

My entire family cant get 5G uw to work at all. In the UW areas we get no data at all. Phones don’t auto switch to LTE or basic 5G, they just quit working.

if I manually select LTE. All the phones work fine. All phones ar iPhone 12 Pro with latest software installed.

I'm having the exact same issue. It used to work without issues about 1-2 months ago, but now everytime I go into a 5G UW area I get no service (which I pay extra for). If I switch my iPhone 12 Pro to LTE I have no issues. This is the twin cities area. Near my home at 55044 and in downtown Minneapolis 55102. They are 30 miles apart. I get the same in Apple Valley, 55124 and Rosemount 55068. There isn't a place in the twin cities I've been that my 5G UW works. It used to work all over the twin cities and the country.

CALTECHNOLOGIESLLC, we understand that there are some concerns when it comes to 5G and 5G UW. While we are working on a fix for this, the manual switching of networks is the workaround. With those two networks, there are areas that may have both and then others that may only have one. We do offer 5G as apart of your plan at no additional cost due to this being a new technology that was released. I would like to send you a link that gives more information about 5G:

I can't use 5G because it won't switch from 5G UW to 5G. Its either 5G where there is no UW or use LTE. If 5G UW exists I can ONLY use LTE, which means I'm paying $90 a month for your slowest service. Since 5GUW is everywhere I go now, I am stuck using LTE only.

Myself and every member of my family is having the same issue. Includes iPhone 12 and 13 as well as google pixels.
can someone from bow support reach out to me to fix this issue?
we had excellent coverage until just recently when the 5gUW icon started showing up.

I have this same issue on my iPhone 13 with ios 16.02. No problem with LTE or 5G, but when it shows 5G UW it frequently loses the data connection completely. This has happened to me in 5G UW areas in Clarksville, AR, Fort Smith, AR, and Little Rock, AR. The info I have seen here in other posts indicate that this issue has existed for well over a year. Has Verizon found a solution?
