Motorola one 5G UW Icon

I have a Motorola one 5G UW with a plan that supports UW and I have never seen the 5UW icon even when I am in a 5G UW service area. Both Motorola and Verizon tells me that it should show up but, no one can tell me how to fix it. I have spent the last week and a half bouncing between Motorola and Verizon.

I have the same phone and I don't think it ever shows up. I think that icon was introduced after the phone came out. AKA newer phones have it older phones don't.
