5G UW coverage - Verizon lies!!!

My area, according to 5g coverage maps, should have UW (band-C) but none of that exists. Checked two different phones, walked many streets which according to Verizon have UW coverage, but none of that is avaialble. Who/how do I report this issue? This is huge misguidance and straight lie to customer or potential customers.

First, 5G UW will only display while in an active data session on a 5G UW capable device. Which make and model device are you using? When I see responses like this, I want to smack someone in the face at Verizon! Obvioously, you could tell by the original post that I am techical enough, and you dare to ask me what phone I have and plan? Do you think I am that incompetente to expect 5G service while not having proper phone and plan?

This respone - "First, 5G UW will only display while in an active data session on a 5G UW capable device." This is a lie and shows YOU DO NOT know what you are talking about. You should not be here helping people since you clearly are f... clueless.

Regarding this nonsense - "Second, 5G UW devices must have the current software and be on a 5G price plan" - so what will happen if my phone all of sudden does not have the current version? 5G breaks and stops working all of sudden??? again, you have no f.. clue what you are talking!
