I have Verizon 5G Home Internet and starting in January 2022 the video calls lag/choppy. For example, any live video call will be choppy/lag/have bad network connection. This occurs on ios, Mac, and windows. This occurs on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and FaceTime.
I spoke to technical support and have exhausted all troubleshooting.
A Verizon contractor came to my home and said that Verizon has been having this issue with a lot of customers.
