I can't receive calls but can make calls, text in and out and use other apps
I uninstalled Verizon one talk dialer and now my phone can receive calls again
Hello Tee811,
It's quite concerning that you're unable to receive calls. We'll do all we can to help. When did this issue first start? Do you happen to know if others in your area are experiencing the same? Also, what is the make and model of your phone?

"I can't receive calls but can make calls, text in and out and use other apps"Same for me, I even did a factory reset. After factory reset, once connected and before the latest updates ran, the calls worked for me. after the latest update, I do not receive any calls again. Everyone gets ringing and then goes to Voicemail, which I do get those. Texts work fine, calling out works fine. I have the Galaxy Fold 2.
Thank you for reaching out here. We certainly are here to help you. A private message has been sent to you here on this platform.-Dolores
I'm having the same as others on my Samsung A12. No incoming calls get through (2 rings and then voicemail), but outgoing calls, incoming and outgoing texts work. My last software update was on 5/21/22 and I have received calls since then. Seemed to start on 5/28/22.
I am having the same issues on my phone
I am having this exact issue with my Samsung Galaxy A21 - incoming calls have 2 rings and then go to voicemail, but I don't receive the call.
The resolution (as someone else mentioned) is to remove/uninstall the Verizon One Talk dialer App. This must have been loaded recently because it was not an app I was aware of.
Now I am receiving calls with no problem.
I have the same problem. Galaxy Fold 2 which stopped working around May 27th. I received my last incoming call May 26th.
I have rebooted my phone and verified I do not have any call forwarding settings.
Please help me out of the dog house with my wife who thinks I'm ignoring her calls.
We are glad to hear that workaround allowed you to start receiving calls again. We are working on an update to the Once talk feature to fix this issue. This will be available soon. We appreciate your patience with us during this process.

Thank you so much for sharing this! My dad's Galaxy A21 had this exact problem, and it was resolved by removing that app.
This is a serious problem, as he went several days and missed several important phone calls without realizing it, including calle that involved safety issues with family members. Blanket roll-out of apps without testing them to assure they don't interfere with service is a serious issue that needs to be addressed.
I just uninstalled the Vz One Talk app and now my calls are coming through. I hope this works for you as well.
I had the same issue of incoming calls going straight to voicemail since Memorial Day weekend. I checked several times all settings, did the online troubleshooter, disabled Call filter app. I never got to the store but approximately 7 days later, incoming calls are ringing again. My guess is Verizon changed something to cause the issue and has fixed it.
