Slow Data Speeds

We lost internet and had to use cellular data on our iphones. We couldn't even load emails or webpages. Has anyone else having slow data issues? Have you been able to find a solution? We've done all the troubleshooting steps outlined to try and correct the issue, but haven't found a solution yet.

We can make calls but texts are slow and we can add pictures or videos. We live in Pittsboro, NC 27312. Intersection of Hillsboro St and Basil Womack Dr.
