Verizon website online texting down again. Last time took several hours to find one verizon representative who knew anything other than wireless and said anything other than wireless scripts from their teleprompter. Last time was obviously a server down bc ALL text history was blank while website was up. This time MOST text history is blank. Verizon takes no responsibility for monitoring their website and offers no accountability or communication to or from the public when it dies. Not sure to wait or start the 4 hour frustration all over again. In a verizon dead zone and need verizon website to work as advertized.
