There is a single cell tower in Lafayette TN 37083. They have been working to upgrade the tower to 5G for the past ~9 Months. Since their start there has been bad service on calls. The signal strength is fine but all calls are broken up or sounds robotic. I have over a dozen friends with Verizon and all have the same issue. The Verizon store in Lafayette confirmed that most of the town is having this issue and they are losing sales because of it.
why isn’t this being fixed timely and what is the ETA to fix it. Horrible service by Verizon.
