Call Filter

How can I remove call filter from my phone. Verizon said I could do it on a computer. I am still unable to remove it. I am missing very important Dr office calls for my husband who has Cancer and I need this off asap. The Dr's phone numbers are in my contact but call filter is still blocking them. #HELPREMOVECALLFILTER
