The LTE Network Extender is designed for use with mobile voice devices. As a result, it wouldn't be able to work with your Verizon Cellular Communicator for your alarm system.

Maybe you need to look at an LTE Signal Booster https://www.verizon.com/products/signal-boosters/verizon/ instead of the extender which generates its own (apparently unique) cell signal for calling via internet connection.
