My husbands phone is having an issue when anyone tries to call his number, "Welcome to Verizon Wireless. We're sorry, the number you have dialed has calling restrictions that prevented the completion of your call." Announcement 19
He does not have call forwarding activated. This is happening with all his calls not just his contacts. His FaceTime works, messaging works, everything else seems to be working fine he just can not receive any phone calls. He’s updated to IOS 15.6.1 and it’s an iPhone XS max. How do we get this situation corrected?

Our issue ended up being a SIM card problem it had to be replaced.
