Iphone 11 losing call in middle of conversation. Can hear person calling but they cannot hear me

What can I do to correct issue of losing call in middle of conversation with Iphone 11. Only having this issue after installing updates

We don't want you to lose any conversation while you are on a call. I would love to help. Is anyone else having this issue? Have you tried to reset the network settings to see if it improves?

yes reset Network settings, rebooted phone, and even followed options on Youtube. Not having issue with Samsung S22 Ultra but only with Iphone 11
