LTE Network Extender

Can 2 LTE Network extenders work in tandem instead of interfering with one another?

I had 1 set up initially but wasn't getting good range on opposite side of house.

Set up a 2nd and calls were breaking up constantly. Seemed like interference. Trying to figure out if I can get full home coverage with 2 of these without them interfering with each other (or if there's another solution to consider).

We want to ensure that we are doing everything we can to help. To clarify, is the side of the house that was working before having issues or still working like before since the new Extender was set up?

At this point, I’ve disconnected the 2nd extender. Back to 1 extender properly serving 1 part of house. As long as phone in range of that extender, it works fine.

The problems occurred when the 2nd extender came online. No matter where you are in house, calls get fuzzy and drop.

Would like to know if there’s software or any way to get them to work together instead of compete with each other.

If you have two Network Extenders you could try to set them up in Hybrid Mode to see if the inference goes away. You would need to add your phone to both Access Lists when setting up Hybrid Mode. Then when you roam from one one end of the house to the other, your phone will have priority over non-members using your Network Extender.

If and when Verizon decides to allow Closed Mode on the Network Extender to work, ( see my two posts about Closed Mode not working), you will be able to setup both in Closed Mode with no interference. And only you and the phones in your house on the two Access Lists will be able to see and use the two Network Extenders.

I have mine set up in Hybrid Mode and works better then Open Mode, waiting on Closed Mode to work. Any Day…..

Were you able to set both Network Extenders in Hybrid Mode with your phones listed on both Access Lists?

They should not interfere with each other in Hybrid Mode, but they will work better if Verizon ever allows Closed Mode to work because both will not be subject to use by others.
