I signed in and got to payment at which time it kept saying try again later. I kept trying again several times! It was very inconvenient since I got to my destination a couple days later at which time I got a text saying to pay my bill and that penalties might apply. I just paid my bill online as it was working this time. As a faithfully paying customer with no late payments, please assure me that your IT Department will remedy this inaccessibility problem and that Verizon will reverse any penalty charges incurred.
