I have little or no bars of reception at work and at home. I have reset my network settings and tried to update carrier settings but no update available. What can I do now?

We can relate to your need for signal at the places you need it most. Help has arrived. Has signal always been like this at these locations or is this a new concern? Are there other Verizon customer s you know of with similar concerns at these locations?

Hello, my cellular signal is poor at my house/neighborhood, since moving in 4 years ago, if I drive 1 mile away it is great. I think I’m in a “dead zone” zip code 28411. (Gordon road). I am increasingly working more from home and this is becoming an issue, my neighbor switched to T-mobile but still has the same issue. Any suggestions?Iphone 13 btw.
