I have an iPhone 13 Pro and when I make calls it shows unknown to other callers how do I change that?

Making sure you can update how your phone shows up with others is certainly doable. This is a free feature called Share Name ID, and can be adjusted using the info here: https://www.verizon.com/support/share-name-id-faqs/ . Please keep in mind that if someone has you saved to their phone under a different name, that different name will take priority for that person.
