What is this on my Bill is it a charge. 55+ LOYALTY $25 DISC 3 Phones. My bill went up from last month and I can't see any major changes on my bill.
Great question! That is a loyalty discount that wads added to your account. So, you are now getting $25 off of your bill every month. Does this make sense?

Yes it does. But my bill went up from last month from about $125 to about $152 how can I see why and what changed?
To access the full bill. Go to your Verizon app, and select view bill, scroll down to the PDF version of the bill, and you will be able to see all the charges on your account. *Rhonda
