So I have a huge question having been with sprint and AT&T. With both of those Carrie’s I can bill an upgrade (upgrade fee plus tax) to my account to be paid when I pay my next bill. Why is the same not allowed with Verizon. But yet if I add a new line I can bill that but not the upgrade because of the upgrade fee?
