Is there a way to unblock numbers, I may have blocked an important business number that I need.
If you blocked it through your phone dialer open the dialer and click settings, blocked numbers and unblock it in there.

You can certainly unblock a number, but how to do that depends on how it was originally blocked. This link shows a bit more on some blocking options we offer: https://www.verizon.com/support/block-unblock-services-faqs/ . Do those sound familiar to what you had used to block?
