I recently signed up for a Verizon account for which I brought our own phones and signed up for 3 lines. I was told I would receive a $240 gift card for each line of service and these cards could be used to purchase a new phone or use to pay our phone bill. I now find out that I had to apply for these gift cards, something I was never told or informed in any way, and now my offer has expired. Several calls to Verizon just end in being routed to their Virtual Assistant which is of no help at all.
