5G Home Internet Plus speed

I recently got hooked up with 5G Home Internet Plus that is ultra wide and. I was under the impression it would be faster then 300bps/down 20bps/up. In fact my iPhone 12 max pro gets 500 down and 90/up. I have the small box router and I know there is an updated one available. Would that get me better speeds comparable to what my phone 5g ultra wide and gets?
