How Do I Post a Question?

This is totally off topic but, I cannot find where on this website that I can enter in a question!!!

I can search but, none of the suggestions is helping with my problem. I want to enter a new message to the community but, nowhere do I see a button allowing me to create a new one. Where on earth do I do that from?? I am registered and signed in,.

Hi dmv,

To post a new topic, go to the appropriate board (Home Phone, Fios Internet, etc,). Above the list of curent topics you will find a red "Enter New Message" button in the upper left corner. Click that button to start a new thread.
