Does anyone know how to post a new message here if you dont have Twitter. It used to just post new messages without Twitter. I cant post anything , only reply. That is not good.
Can't update my profile in Community Forums
I see that this is an ongoing issue that Verizon hasn't fixed. My profile still includes an invalid e-mail address from several years ago and there apparently is no way to correct it. Kudos, Verizon.

Why Doesn't Verizon Show Which Post I Am Replying To?
Why doesn't Verizon show what the **bleep** I am replying to, and, instead makes it look like I am replying to the origional post.

I made a post last week, and now I have to scrool down through a hundred posts to find it. Is there an easy way to find my own posts?
SSO bugs
Chrome SSO goes into infinite loops regularly and Safari is starting to do the same thing. Someone should put a defect story on the board and have this addressed. Leaving this bug out there provides for a poor user experience.
Coming to this site
I noticed when i come here , it shows that AOL message or the thing about the email. Then there is nowhere to go. I have to back out and go back in and then i can get in here. Can you please fix that?
Forum Searches Return OUTDATED Results
I am new user. When searching for info I find lots of VERY old posts that are most likely totally irrelevant at this time. Is there any way to sort or query for results by date? Thanks

request entity too large
it has taken me a month just to get this far. every time i tied to get to the community forums i got the request entity too large message. it all started with a complaint about the rewards program that still has not been resolved but that is another story. i just tried to update that thread and got that message again
Is search broken on the forums?
When I click on the search icon I'm brought to a page that immediately has an error in a blue box stating what is seen below. There is no text box to type in a search phrase, what gives? Empty search query. Please enter one or more keywords and try again

add "online" to spellchecker?
the subject says it all
"watch" is flagged as misspelled. add to spellchecker
then when u click on "watch" it comes up with blank list of suggested corrected spellings. "watch" undefined? from a tv provider's spellchecker? come on!
"DVR" is misspelled? NOT! another one for the spellchecker
"dvr" wants to be spelled "DVD" ! please update the spellchecker.....while you are at it there are a few other words that need some attention there too. see other posts. and YOU ARE WELCOME!

Forum message body - font size very small and defaults to this size for some reason
I noticed that the font size in here (The forum.. and in body of messages) is really small when i respond on my windows 10 laptop. It actually seems to default to something between size 1 and 2. I tested this by entering a word twice in the body. ..then i highlighted the first word and selected font size 2 and it grew…
