Who has taken over the design of your information whether on the television or even on this board. You need to hire some usability experts to help you. You have not only made Verizon On Demand tedious and unusable but even this board is horrid. Too much white space -- little ability to see or view topics because of font sizes, white space, layout. Its awful. When I want to view a bulletin board, I want to see as many messages as possible as opposed to only two, maybe three per page. Geesh.
