Panasonic DMR-E85H DVD Recorder - unable to download TV guide

I am unable to have the TV Guide download to my Panasonic DMR-E85H DVD Recorder.

I have followed all the set up instructions correctly, and my IR is set up correctly. When I shut off my recorder I can see the channel changes on the Motorola QIP6200 cable box.

I am able to manually set up date/time recordings.

However, it would be wonderful to be able to use the downloaded guide.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have signed up for FIOS but I called Panasonic (I use the DMR E85H also) and they said there is no compatiblilty with FIOS. Unless I hear differently from someone I will be cancelling this installation.
