How do I find specific code for Sony multidisc DVD player?

I have a multidisc Sony DVP-CX875P DVD player. It has some unique buttons like Folder on it. Is there a way to find the specific code for this player to enter it into the RC144 remote? Would the special buttons on the Sony remote be assigned to the letter buttons on the RC144?

You wil not know if it is the right code, until you test it out....

As with many "universal remotes" it may not be able to handle ALL of the capabilities as the original remote that came with the device would...

More than likley you will have to use the orig remote for those specialty features.
