Channel info box at bottom of screen will not dissappear

VOD - the movie info box will not close, pushed exit, okay - nothing, it goes off and then pops back up.???

Hit the "Last" button on the remote. It will swap tuners and then it will go away.

you can reset your box by going to...

MENU---> Settings---> System Information once you are looing at the system information screen use the remote and enter the number 2601.

that will reboot the cable box. should clear that issue.

No, it won't clear the issue, it's a new known bug with 1.6.2
