How do I keep my account logged on when it is in active for more then 5 minutes?
What account are you referring to?
When I log into my e-mail account.
I assume you are referring to your verizon.net email. I have heard (but never tested) that the Rich interface does not time out. You can switch via a link at the top of your inbox.
If you try this and it works, please let me know.
