This feature never seems to work. Whats up with that? Also, is Verizon planning to expand this to include more choices?
I Found the problem. I updated my Adobe Flash program and now all is well.
are you using internet explorer? it might have trouble in other browsers... I get the fios online no problem. does it give you a message?

and to the best of my awareness, yes they are trying to get more online. they just launched flexview - that might be kinda cool, i haven't used it yet.
I am using an IMAC and have tried both Safari and Firefox without any success.
